Ingredients
- 1 block firm organic tofu, cubed
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 pinch Himalayan sea salt
- 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
Method
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Olive oil a baking tray and spread tofu cubes in a single layer.
Cover with olive oil, sprinkle nutritional yeast, salt and pepper.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crunchy.
Eat.
